In Peru, principal causes of pediatric attention are acute respiratory infections (e.g. bronchiolitis) that affect to many patients, resulting in direct (patient care) and indirect (family resources for the patient and family and work environment) expensive care. The ADAPTE methodology is the adaptation process of clinical practice guidelines to develop methodological high quality guidelines from another scope. Thus, will optimize the use of financial and human resources. Health Care problem is associated to high variability and heterogeneity in treatment. Therefore, primary objective of guideline is to reduce variability in diagnosis, treatment and prevention of bronchiolitis.
