Objetivos: Identificar mediante el uso de indices de severidad respiratoria: Gradiente alvédo arterial (A-a02), Indice axigenatorio (I0), indice ventilatorio (IV) e indice ventilatorio modificado (IVM), al mejor Indice como predictor temprano de mortalidad de recién nacidos con sindrome de dificultad respiratoria sometidas a ventilación mecánica convencional sin haber recibido tratamiento con sustancia surfactante.
