Type Brugada ECG pattern after treatment oral flecainide for reentry tachycardia intranodal

Brugada syndrome is a channelopathy characterized by the presence of right bundle branch block on electrocardiography and by ST- segment elevation in the right precordial leads (V1-V3), associated wiht episodes of syncope or sudden death in in the absence of structural cardiac abnormalities. We report the case of a patient who presented Brugada syndrome-type ECG after intake of flecainide due to Atrioventricular nodal reciprocating tachycardia.
