The Jarcho-Levin Syndrome (spondylothoracic dysostosis or spondylocostal dysostosis) is an inheritable disease whose phenotype is characterized by multiple malformations of ribs and vertebral with short neck, and trunk and short stature associate face characteristic and another non-vertebral malformation. The prognostic is direct related to respiratory complication.
We report a case one boy of 9 month with phenotype of Jarcho-Levin with malformations vertebral such as defect segmentation vertebral and ribs anomalies that present a congenital diaphragmatic hernia with an associated ectopic Kidney in left hemitorax.A study clinic, images and description.
