Abstract

In order to offer to medical attention of quality in the centers of health and hospitals of the country, it is necessary to count on suitable infrastructure, sufficient technological implementation and permanent qualification of the personnel. Nevertheless to reach this ambitious goal, it is essential in addition that all the personnel of health respects the following principles of the medical ethics: charity, fairness, autonomy, confidentiality, dignity, respect, solidarity, honesty, loyalty and justice. The ethics is brings back to consciousness of the medical practice and therefore a good practice within the rules of the ethics, will allow to assure a medical attention quality; being necessary a deep change in the attitude of the doctors and other professionals of the health.
