The investigation is a process psyched with the desire to provide products that enable human welfare, specifically in the field of health. Animals are tools for research in medical, pharmacological and others. However, as living beings, deserve and will have rights and it is therefore vital to establish mechanisms to prevent suffering during experimental act. Our ethical behavior is generally "human centrist" and therefore have to resort to creating a new mindset that allows humanity and valuing walking beings that inhabit in search of not only sustainability but respect for their rights, we but still is enough to correct us, to rethink and renew. Animals have characteristics in varying degrees, to allow it to be classified as "beings-in-relation". During the last three decades have proliferated studies on animal rights, it should be stated that the term rights. State politic have not dealt with this demand application, which can bring dire consequences in regard to the protection of biodiversity and regulating the behavior of citizens about healthy living with respect animals and researchers to them. Classically, the animal rights was not made from a strict perspective of justice and equality, but charitable. If we accept within a paradigm emotivist, your level of intelligence and affections and emotions are showing signs that they may be considered to some extent moral beings, then our behavior towards them require some respect, so that our duties to It would be justice and not charity. With these considerations, the animals are not moral agents, but moral subjects. In a society where human rights are respected is more difficult to respect the animals. In a society with human rights guaranteed institutionally can and should protect human obligations to animals. It is a challenge to our society, taking into account these aspects, emphasizing that we must oppose all cruelty unjustifiable even be for experimental research.
