Methods: The study was cross-sectional, descriptive, quantitative design. The sample was composed of students of the subject of acute diarrheal disease and growth and development. The instrument used was the modified SERVQUAL. The dimensions considered were classes, teachers, facilities, social, administrative, information, communication with the university, financial and institutional environment, estimating overall satisfaction and satisfaction average. The survey technique was applied face to face before and after receiving the service. The data were processed using SPSS software version 15 and determined proportions and means of satisfaction.

Results: The global satisfaction level of the polled students about to the educational service was 63% for satisfaction, and 34% for dissatisfaction. In the professors, social life, administrative workers, information and financial situation dimensions it was observed that the majority of students were found satisfied with the importance that is given to the educational service. In the classes, installations, university communication and institutional environment dimensions, the majority of students presented a severe-moderate dissatisfaction. The attributes to which the students gave greater importance were to classes quality and to the professors teaching capacity.

Conclusions: The majority of the polled students were found satisfied with the educational service, the rotation election, the operation of the rotation and with their continuance in the rotation.
