Abstract

Research begins with observation. The idea can be originated from different sources and the quality varies depending on many factors. Once raised the idea of research should be define the type of work to be done.

The studies of research can be classified of different ways. They may be exploratory, descriptive, correlational and explanatory. Designs of research studies can be descriptive or analytical, and these last, observational or intervention. Some of them may help to generate hypotheses and others could support answering or fix them.

The type of research design will depend on the aim which is pretended to achieve with doing this. Research studies can be classified of different ways.
