Decision making. Terminal child patient and the palliative medicine. Bioethic dilemma

We review the decisions of physician and parents, for to manage patients with terminal sickness, and the need to plead for palliative medicine, fighting for the beneficence and worthy death. We mention agony and duel as part of the integral handle and humanization.
