In children the nodular focal hiperplasia it is considered the seventh cause of hepatic tumors between the birth and 2 years of age and the second reason between 5 and 20 years of age. The nodular focal hiperplasia it is a benign tumor originated from the fabric epitelial proved from a response hiperplasica for increase of blood flow secondary to vascular malformation or vascular damage. It is rare in the infancy and usually it is diagnosed between 2 and 5 years of age This is a nodular focal hiperplasia case associated with granulomatosus hepatitis reported in a 5-year-old girl.
