Incontinentia PigmentiAbstract
This paper is based on four cases of Incontinentia Pigmenti studied in the Department of Neonatology of the Materno Perinatal National Institute. Skin lesions are described to show its inflammatory nature and to comment the actual concepts of its pathogeny; also to present histologic changes not described previously. The relationship with other genodermatosis, that may cause severe immunologic defects, is commented.
