We present the case of a 20 month old child with persitent wheezing who was treated initially as an asthmatic. Bronchoscopy showed a tracheal web. We reviewed the case, management, differential diagnosis and other congenital airway malformations. We also emphasized the common mistake of confusing wheezing with stridor and how both are confused with asthma.
